Terms of Use

1. Who we are. This website is operated by ("Tramarkify"), a technology and coordination platform. Tramarkify is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice or represent clients before any trademark office.
2. Legal services. Legal services are provided by independent licensed attorneys or registered representatives in the relevant country. An attorney-client relationship arises only when you sign an engagement letter with that attorney.
3. Service and fees. The price shown for a country is our fixed service fee for one class. It covers filing through a local associate, prosecution to registration, the registration certificate and status reporting at each stage. It does not include additional classes, trademark searches, office action responses, oppositions, or bank and FX charges. These are quoted separately and charged only with your approval. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
4. Government fees. Government fees are set by each trademark office and may change. The government fee shown at checkout is an estimate, and you pay it with your order. It is billed at actual cost against the official receipt. If the actual fee is higher than the amount you paid, we will send you a secure link to pay the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference.
5. No guarantee. Registration is decided by the trademark office and may be refused or opposed. No outcome or timeline is guaranteed.
6. Your information. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to apply for the mark.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Tramarkify's liability is limited to the amount paid to Tramarkify for the order concerned.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Our guarantee

• Refund before filing. If you cancel for any reason before the application is filed, you receive a full refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• To cancel, write to us with your order reference before the application is filed.
• Full refund of all amounts paid if you cancel before the application is filed.
• Once an application is filed, government fees paid to the office are not refundable. If you paid more than the actual government fee, we refund the difference.
• If we cannot file for a reason within our control, we refund the full amount.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Privacy Policy

We use your details only to handle your trademark: to contact you, prepare your application and let your attorney act for you.

• We share your details only with your attorney, the trademark office (applications are public records) and service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations.
• Documents you upload are stored in private cloud storage and shared only with the attorney or attorneys handling your order (one per country you order).
• If you start an order but don't finish it, we may send up to two reminder emails about that order. We send no other marketing without your consent.
• We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
• We keep order records while we manage your trademark and as the law requires.
• You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Grievance Officer. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR.

For trademark attorneys

We work with licensed attorneys and registered representatives in each country we serve. Partners receive structured, ready-to-file instructions at an agreed flat fee, and engage clients directly under their own professional rules.
