What our clients say
UAE trademark questions
Why is the government fee paid in stages?
The Ministry charges at filing, publication and registration. The estimated government fee in your payment is settled against the official receipts after filing: if the actual fees are higher the difference is invoiced separately, and if lower it is adjusted.
Does a UAE registration cover other Gulf countries?
No. Saudi Arabia and the other GCC states each need their own filing. Tramarkify also files in Saudi Arabia.
Do I need a UAE trade licence to apply?
No. Individuals and foreign companies can apply. Foreign applicants usually need a notarised and legalised power of attorney.
Already registered in the UAE?
Official renewal fee: Confirmed by your attorney. When: Your attorney confirms the window. If expired: Grace period after expiry with monthly late fees.
